With a background in interdisciplinary Area Studies, Xiaojun excels at approaching topics from a variety of different angles and perspectives. She possesses a diverse skill set that includes strong organisational and planning abilities, writing skills, and creativity, coupled with a keen focus on making education accessible. As part of both the LLInC training office and evaluation team, she leverages her expertise and experience to enhance educational development.
